Pre-Order Products
Enhance includes support for pre-order products, allowing customers to purchase items before they become available.
Requirements
Pre-order products require both:
A Pre-Order product template.
A product metafield.
Product Metafield
Create the following product metafield:
Setting | Value |
Namespace and Key | custom.pre-order |
Type | True / False (Toggle) |
Enable the metafield on products that should be available for pre-order.
Product Template
Assign the Pre-Order product template to the product.
Navigate to:
Products → Product → Theme Template
Select the Pre-Order template.
Both the template and metafield must be configured for the pre-order experience to appear correctly.
