Customizing The Contact Form Section

Enhance includes a flexible Contact Form section that can be customized with additional fields and content blocks.

This allows you to collect more information from customers while providing additional context alongside the form.

Adding Custom Fields

Additional form fields can be added using the available blocks within the Contact Form section.

Available field types include:

• Text Field

• Dropdown Field

These fields can be used for information such as:

• Order numbers

• Inquiry categories

• Preferred contact methods

• Custom questions

Adding Additional Information

The Contact Form section also includes a Heading block.

Unlike form field blocks, the Heading block displays informational content beside the contact form.

This can be used for:

• Contact information

• Store locations

• Business hours

• Support details

• Additional instructions
